AV Office may store information related to attendance and the use of the service.

To deliver core workplace management functionality, AV Office may request access to specific device hardware and system permissions:

• ✓ Location Verification: We request location permission when creating an office workspace to enable precise location verification and workspace address validation.
• ✓ Camera, Microphone & Storage Permissions: Access to camera, microphone, and local storage/files is requested strictly for operational needs—such as uploading office documents, capturing photos for workspace logos and digital signatures, and managing office file attachments.

• ✓ Payments and subscriptions may be processed through PayU.
• ✓ AV Office does not intend to store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers. Payment information is handled through the applicable payment service provider.

We use information to:

• ✓ Create and manage user accounts
• ✓ Provide AV Office features and services
• ✓ Manage employees and workspaces
• ✓ Maintain attendance and workplace records
• ✓ Process subscriptions and payments

• ✓ PayU — subscription and payment processing.

AV Office is designed for businesses and organizations. A workspace owner or administrator is responsible for the information they enter into their workspace, including employee information.

Workspace administrators should ensure that they have appropriate permission to collect and use employee information through AV Office.

We generally retain account and workspace information for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain legitimate business, security, accounting or legal records.

When an account deletion request is received, we will process the request in accordance with our account deletion procedure and applicable legal requirements.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, for legitimate security purposes, fraud prevention, transaction records or dispute resolution.

Users can request deletion of their AV Office account and associated personal information.

AV Office will provide account deletion through an appropriate in-app option and an external web-based deletion request mechanism.

Where applicable, users may be required to cancel an active subscription before completing account deletion. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

We will review and process legitimate deletion requests within a reasonable period.

AV Office is intended for business and workplace management purposes and is not designed specifically for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing a child-directed service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in AV Office, technology, legal requirements or our privacy practices.

When important changes are made, we may provide an appropriate notice through the website, application or other communication channels.
